Cindy
McKinney
Cindy received Biblical and ministerial training at RHEMA Bible Training College, graduating first in 1986, then again in 2008 for a third-year specialty program. Alongside her husband, she’s been in ministry for 35 years, having been ordained as a minister in 1991. Currently she and her husband live and minister in Southeast Asia. Her ministry consists of teaching, exhorting, prayer, and worship.

In 1988, Cindy heard the call to minister to women. Initially this ministry was fulfilled through the churches she and her husband pastored, but in 2010 the focus shifted to hosting weekend women’s conferences, called Women of Glory. After moving overseas, the platform for ministering to women was changed yet again, and REST was dropped into Cindy’s heart in 2017. REST then morphed from solely in-person to an online venue in 2020 and began to have a global focus, with women attending from around the world.
Cindy says to all, “WELCOME to REST!”
